- Meet with the Bride and Groom four to six weeks prior to the
wedding to gather important details
- Create a personal wedding checklist for the bride and a custom
wedding weekend timeline for the Bridal Party
- Provide schedule and itinerary packets for vendors
- Coordinate ceremony rehearsal and provide instruction
- Assist in transportation of accessories to ceremony site
- Assist the Bride & Groom and provide moral support throughout
the wedding day
- Provide an extensive wedding day emergency kit
- Serve as the contact person for all vendors (greet, answer questions,
provide direction and receive deliveries)
- Coordinate details with ceremony musicians and officiant
- Provide limited ceremony site decoration
- Handle last minute details
- Oversee vendor commitments and ensure they are fulfilling contract
expectations
- Coordinate and prompt wedding party on responsibilities
- Oversee distribution of wedding programs, post-ceremony favors
and signing of the guest book
- Assemble the bridal party for processional line-up
- Cue the processional music, receiving line and grand exit
- Deliver final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Collect ceremony decorations and deliver to the reception site
- Assist with photography, as needed
- Oversee proper set up and decoration at the reception site
- Arrange placecard set up, verify correct table arrangement
and assist caterer with special meal requests
- Coordinate and execute reception events with vendors and bridal
party for grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, first dance, etc.
- Oversee vendor meals
- Gather reception items, including cake knife and toasting glasses.
- Facilitate send-off for Bride and Groom
