• Provide a detailed wedding budget unique to each Bride and Groom and continual analysis
  • Assist with design, décor and theme development
  • Manage the custom wedding planning calendar and checklist, ensuring details are taken care of in a timely manner
  • Submit engagement and wedding announcements in the newspaper of choice
  • Provide advice on wedding etiquette and tradition
  • Refer vendors & arrange vendor appointments
  • Attend vendor appointments, as needed
  • Review all vendor contracts and manage payment schedule
  • Serve as primary contact for all vendors, as desired
  • Help with wedding attire selection
  • Assist with wedding stationary in selection, design and terminology
    (i.e. Save the Date, Invitation, Program and Menu)
  • Secure hotel accommodations for out of town guests
